At  Victoria Brows Studio, we are committed to providing a professional, luxury, and exceptional experience for every client and student. To ensure fairness, safety, efficiency, and the best service possible, please review our policies below before booking an appointment, course, or masterclass.
Deposits & Payments

A deposit is required to secure all appointments, courses, and training sessions. The remaining balance is due at the completion of the service or before the start of the course.
All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Health & Medical Disclosure

Clients are responsible for informing Victoria Brows Studio of any allergies, skin conditions, medical conditions, medications, pregnancy, recent treatments, or any other health-related concerns prior to receiving a service or participating in a course or training.

Failure to disclose accurate medical information may increase the risk of adverse reactions, complications, or injury. Victoria Brows Studio is not responsible for complications resulting from withheld, inaccurate, or false information provided by the client.

Victoria Brows Studio reserves the right to refuse service if a treatment is considered unsafe for the client’s condition.

Minors Policy

Clients under 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. A parent or legal guardian must provide consent before any service can be performed.

For academy programs, courses, trainings, and masterclasses, participants under 18 years old must also have parental or legal guardian consent before enrollment or participation.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments (“no-shows”), may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in restrictions on future bookings.

Late Arrival Policy

We offer a 10-minute grace period for appointments. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may be considered a no-show and may need to reschedule their appointment. Cancellation fees may apply.

For academy programs, courses, and masterclasses, students are expected to arrive on time. Late arrivals may not be admitted once the class has started and may lose their reserved spot without refund.

Rescheduling Policy

Appointments may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to approval and may incur fees.

Courses, trainings, and masterclasses are non-transferable and cannot be rescheduled unless approved directly by Victoria Brows Studio.

No-Refund Policy

All services, academy programs, training courses, and masterclasses are final sale.

Victoria Brows Studio maintains a strict no-refund policy. Once a service, course, or class has been booked or rendered, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including missed appointments, no-shows, late arrivals, or failure to attend a scheduled class or training.

If a student does not attend a course or masterclass, or arrives late and is unable to participate, the payment and reserved spot will be forfeited.

Payment Processing Fees

Victoria Brows Studio does not charge additional processing fees for regular service appointments. However, a 4% merchant processing fee applies to payments processed through Square. This fee is charged directly by the payment processor and is non-refundable under any circumstances. Clients are not charged an additional fee separately.

Additional processing fees may apply for academy programs, courses, payment plans, financed services, or card payments processed through third-party providers. Any applicable processing fees are non-refundable and clients will be informed of any additional fees prior to completing payment.

Agreement to Policies

By booking an appointment, course, training, or masterclass with Victoria Brows Studio, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
